On Ash Wednesday Anglicans and Roman Catholics alternately lead services for the Imposition of Ashes.
On Good Friday All Saints and St Andrew’s Combined Church alternately lead worship and during the Christmas season all churches combine for a Service to Commemorate the Nativity of Our Lord.
Lent Study Groups, Alpha, ANZAC Day and other anniversaries are also opportunities for ecumenical co-operation.
All Saints Projects, Associations and Groups
We have an annual Lent Education Study and a Prayer Group. The Association of Anglican Women (AAW) meet on the third Monday afternoon in the month, Mens’ Breakfast meet alternate months on a Saturday for fellowship and meeting needs of the community.
For some years Kuppa Klub, a social club for anyone with special needs meets on Friday mornings. Messy Church meets once a month over the winter months.
A Pastoral Care group are the formal visitors in the parish and meet once a month. A team ensure home-bound people receive regular communion.
All of this is undergirded by a Prayer Circle who pray for those who specifically ask for prayers, and for international organisations and individuals who work for justice and peace.
The Order of Saint Luke the Physician has an active chapter among the congregation. They meet for healing, growth and regular study.
There are numerous other groups who maintain the property and ensure things are in good order for worship and for any tourists who may choose to visit us.
It is our hope your visit to All Saints will be blessed, and as you journey on you may keep us in your prayers.
